I didn't say 'nothing is going on in your joint'. The MRI shows
the structures are basically normal. It does not say they are
'uninjured'.
If you sprain an ankle or twist a knee, it needs *rest* and *time*
to heal itself. Going to sleep and continuing the clenching allows
no healing time for your jaw. It's like running a marathon every day on
an injured knee/ankle.
Even an NTI cannot eliminate all activity.
