Jaw muscles are not designed to be used 24/7. The muscle hypertrophy is due
to overuse. What happens when you exercise a muscle group? You then have
the desire/need to work the muscle more. Until the muscle mass decreases,
you will still clench.

Hey this is kind of off topic, but I had a doctor notice something
that ive been wondering about myself. On the
side of my jaw that gives me the most trouble, all the muscle along
the side of my neck are all much bigger than the
other side. its like the one side lifts weights and the other sits on
the couch. Anyways, not NTI related, just curious since the doc didnt
have an answer.
